Our Story
In 1999, when Patna's real estate landscape was still taking shape, Concicon Construction Pvt. Ltd. was founded with a clear mission: to build homes that families in Bihar could truly be proud of.
For the next two and a half decades, that mission meant uplifting lifestyles. From our first projects on Boring Road to Veena Vihar on Bailey Road, Shanti Shree in New Patliputra Colony and Concicon Tranquil in Rukanpura, we delivered homes that broke the norms of what a flat in Patna could be, earning the trust of 500+ families across 11+ projects.
